Blue Lobby Dedication
Since 1892, OhioHealth Riverside Methodist Hospital has provided exceptional patient care, medical education, and clinical innovation to central Ohio. As OhioHealth’s largest hospital, Riverside continues to advance its mission through the generosity of patients, families, foundations, and community supporters. To recognize those contributions, OhioHealth partnered with Partners In Recognition to create a giving society donor recognition display that could evolve alongside its philanthropic program.
Installed as part of the hospital’s new patient tower and Blue Lobby, the completed display honors donors while complementing the contemporary architecture of the renovated space.
A Recognition Display Integrated into the Lobby
Working alongside the project architect and contractor, Partners In Recognition designed a multi-paneled donor recognition display that fits directly within the custom millwork of the Blue Lobby. Rather than appearing as a separate installation, the display becomes part of the surrounding architecture, creating a clean and cohesive appearance.
Tall acrylic panels organize donors by giving society, making each recognition level easy to navigate. Warm wood finishes frame each panel, creating a welcoming focal point within the lobby. Together, these elements create a giving society donor recognition display that reflects the importance of philanthropy while enhancing the hospital environment.

Flexible Recognition with the MagTech System
Because giving society programs continue to grow over time, Partners In Recognition incorporated the MagTech System throughout the display.
The MagTech System uses magnetic nameplates that staff can easily move, remove, and update as donor recognition changes. This flexibility allows OhioHealth Riverside Methodist Hospital to reorganize donor names, recognize new supporters, and move donors to higher giving societies as their cumulative contributions increase. As a result, the hospital can maintain accurate recognition without replacing the display.
In addition, the magnetic nameplates fit seamlessly into the acrylic panels, preserving the clean appearance of the display while providing the adaptability needed for a long-term recognition program.
Recognizing Generosity for the Future
Today, the display continues to celebrate the generosity that supports OhioHealth Riverside Methodist Hospital’s mission of delivering exceptional healthcare. By combining integrated architectural design, acrylic recognition panels, and the adaptability of the MagTech System, Partners In Recognition created a giving society donor recognition display that can continue recognizing donors as the hospital’s philanthropic community grows.
