Meet Kelli Muether!

Hey there… I’m Kelli Muether, the Creative Director here at PIR. I live in New Bremen, Ohio with my husband, David; two sons, Colten & Rogan; and daughter, MariAna. I received my BFA in Visual Communication Design at the University of Dayton… Go Flyers! I joined PIR in January of 2004 and am celebrating my 22nd work anniversary!

What is your favorite project to have worked on?

I’m not sure I have one favorite project, but I do love projects that challenge me. I love when a client has an open mind, great brand identity and an inspiring story.

Why did you choose this profession?

As an artistic person, I don’t feel you choose your profession – it chooses you. I think creativity is something inside of you that you must do in order to stay fulfilled.

What is the best free food to discover in the breakroom?

Birthday lunch leftovers!

What are some hobbies that you have or activities that you enjoy?

I love a good road trip!

What is something that you are good at? Is there anything that you would like to get better at?

I would like to get back into sketching and painting. Life and technology have kind of pulled me away from those talents, but I would like to find time to dive back into it.

Do you have any pets? How many do you have? What kinds?

There was a time that my kids probably had 4-6 different pets around our house… anything from hamsters, birds, a bunny, a cat and even a duck! But fortunately, we’re now down to our loyal chocolate lab, Bosco and my son’s bearded dragon.

What is one thing that instantly makes your day better?
