Pre-Defined Area System

Our Pre-Defined Area System allows for adding names but not moving them after they have been applied. This system consists of a base with pre-etched lines on it for the placement of nameplates. The Pre-Defined Area system is a good choice for a display that lists names chronologically, such as a Hall of Fame or Past Presidents display.

Our Pre-Defined Area System can be used indoor and outdoor as shown in the following examples:

Outdoor Donor Recognition, Outdoor Donor Display, Freestanding Zoo Display

This whimsical Capital Campaign resides at the Tulsa Zoo Friends in Tulsa, OK. Fabricated to withstand the outdoors, the materials are Corian and cedar wood. The nameplates are adhered to the pre-defined etched spaces. Nameplates can be added but not rearranged.

Donor Display, Capital Campaign, Donor Recognition

Riverview Hospital Association in Wisconsin Rapids, WI worked with Partners In Recognition, Inc. to create this Capital Campaign display made of various hardwoods and etched glass. Additional nameplates adhere to an existing hardwood placeholder. The right side of the display uses our Clear Change System to recognize donors of a lesser denomination.

Donor Tree, Donor Recognition, Giving Tree, Capital Campaign

This Pre-Defined System uses leaves as nameplates to recognize donors for their Capital Campaign. Interfaith Family Services in Dallas, TX, decided on a tree with placeholders for adding additional nameplates in the future. This cut-to-shape tree display is made of various inlaid laminates and printed leaves and text.

Leadership Display, In Honor, Leadership Recognition

American Welding Society from Miami, FL recognizes their Past Presidents with a Pre-Defined System display. Each panel measures 46” x 57” and is fabricated from inlaid laminates. Oak bases are attached to the panels, and etched metal portrait plates attach to the wood base when they add a Past President.
