Memorial Cancer Institute… With Much Gratitude
“With Much Gratitude” …
Partners In Recognition proudly celebrates the completion of this healthcare donor recognition display for the new Memorial Cancer Institute in Pembroke Pines, Florida. The display honors the philanthropy behind the facility’s expansion and mission. From design and fabrication to installation, every element reflects the generosity that helps provide state-of-the-art cancer care to the South Florida community.
The new freestanding facility spans more than 121,000 square feet and brings several specialized services together under one roof. Memorial Cancer Institute now houses radiation oncology, breast oncology, hematology-oncology, and Moffitt Malignant Hematology and Cellular Therapy at Memorial. Integrated support services also strengthen collaboration between specialists at one of only five Cancer Centers of Excellence in Florida.

A Meaningful Presence in the Lobby
This healthcare donor recognition display creates a striking focal point within the lobby. A floor-to-ceiling rod systemsupports layered acrylic donor panels that appear to float in front of the expansive glass wall, creating depth and visual interest. Natural light shines through the translucent blue panels during the day, while integrated lighting highlights the display in the evening. The combination of glass, metal, and warm wood tones complements the facility’s architecture and creates an inviting donor recognition experience.
The donor recognition display also showcases the importance of flexibility and functionality. Changeable donor panels allow names to be updated as new gifts support the institute’s future growth. The open layout creates movement throughout the display while encouraging visitors to pause and reflect on the impact of philanthropy.
Honoring Donors and Inspiring Future Giving
This project became possible, in part, through Memorial Foundation and the generous support of donors including AutoNation and Randy King. Memorial Foundation also supports cancer research, oncology support services for patients and families, and the Graduate Medical Education program that helps prepare future oncology leaders.

At Partners In Recognition, we believe donor recognition should do more than list names. A thoughtfully designed healthcare donor recognition display honors generosity, strengthens donor relationships, and inspires future giving that advances healthcare organizations and patient care.
